Simone Biles was a gold medalist in gymnastics from 2013-18. Though she surprisingly had a kidney stone, she was amazing, beating everyone she competed against. “Some days I’m like, why am I here? But in the end it’s all worth it” She was willing to take the hours and hours of practice. “I go to therapy, because at times I didn’t want to set foot in the gym” She says that her adoptive parents were brave, not being her real parents, they didn’t have to care for her.She takes anxiety medicine, and goes the therapy after sexual abuse.
